Iconic Lash can accept NO responsibility for any injury or damage to any persons caused by any service (lash extension applications via traditional adhesive or LED-UV methods, lash maximizing treatments, brow laminations treatments and all other services) performed by artists of Iconic Lash Inc. By booking an appointment with Iconic Lash via concierge, online booking or through social media, client is agreeing to all terms and conditions, understands that Iconic Lash Inc. and their artists accepts NO liability and client is accepting full responsibility.

REFUND POLICY

At Iconic Lash, we are entirely committed and focused on making sure each of our guests receives the ultimate luxury experience. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. NO REFUNDS, whatsoever, are offered on any of our lash + brow services. If you have an allergic reaction to a lash extension service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge. Retail products, Gift certificate purchases and Lashbabe Academy Mentorship package are also non-refundable.

All clients are required to have a VALID credit card on file. NEW clients are required to put down a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of $50 to hold reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or Rescheduling are ONLY accepted 48 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations/rescheduling & no-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the missed service. No-shows will be required to pre-pay full service charge before new reservation is accepted.
