Please note that Iconic Lash cannot accept responsibility for any injury or damage caused by any services performed by our artists, including lash extension applications via traditional adhesive or LED-UV method, lash maximizing treatments, and eye spa services. By booking an appointment with Iconic Lash, you agree to all terms and conditions and understand that Iconic Lash and our artists accept no liability, and you accept full responsibility.

REFUND POLICY

At Iconic Lash, we are entirely committed and focused on making sure each of our guests receives the ultimate luxury experience. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours. NO REFUNDS, whatsoever, are offered on any of our lash + brow services. If you have an allergic reaction to a lash extension service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge. Retail products, Gift certificate purchases and Lashbabe Academy Mentorship package are also non-refundable.

All clients are required to have a VALID credit card on file. NEW clients are required to put down a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of $50 to hold reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or rescheduling are only accepted 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the booked service, while same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
